Markus Rothkranz....I love this guy, he has a wealth of knowledge and truly inspirational.  Not only funny,  yet really does understand everything when it comes to plants herbs and how to heal yourself the natural way. If your a fan of raw food and alternative medicine then do find more about him. Its been several years for me to follow,  learn, understand, embrace all that Markus recommends, the advice, what to eat, what works, what doesnt. I find it all fascinating and still continue to gather information all the time 💖🕉
