The six purification processes
In yoga we recommend six purification processes to get the balance in the doshas – these are called shat Kyra’s.
2 Dhauti: cleansing of the digestive tract
4 Kapalabhati: purification of frontal lobes and lungs

The human body is made up of trio doshas – which are:
To find out your dosha you can visit an ayvadic specialist. Or go on line and fill out a questionnaire answering questions such as the type of food you eat, exercise, sleep pattern, moods, body shape. Usually there have a set of answers to the question, then you chose which one relates to you.
By knowing your dosha type you have a better understanding of what kind of foods aggravate you , equally what nourishes you and suits you and your digestive system. Also it will indicate the type of person you are, weather you need hot or cold climates, relating to your skin , hair, rashes and how your mood reacts to hot or cold weather. Its really interesting and makes so much sense.
